"Don, Many thanks for the photos. I really enjoyed our time together. I took my grandson to the Creek but it resembled a subway station and there were some unpleasant characters there. A salmon passed me in the Creek and a guy ran after it, chased it out of the pool I was in and then whipped it with a large hook on his line. Some of the fishermen were using bare treble hooks.
There were a lot of salmon there. The river is a bigger challenge and better for it. At some stage, I may write an article about it. I hope to see you in the coming weeks though with my schedule it may well be in the middle of November.

"You should have seen us in Action on Wednesday and Thursday morning. We caught fish all day Wednesday and Thursday morning before we left.
Glow bug eggs and the softmilking egg in buff color. Couldn't keep the steelies off the buff egg.
I did keep one fish at 25 inch and Cchris got one for the wall 30 inches and 12 pounds had 16 inch girth.
I caught mine just below the bridge in the fast water on the north side. Chris was having a ball down by the tree were I was casting from the boat just below the overhanging tree, before schoolhouse pool.
Again thank you very much and we will be back in the Spring with you if you have anyopen dates.
We will also see you in the Fall.
My son Chris told me he is selling all his salt water gear.
